We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international destinations. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please visit our Return Portal to initiate a request and receive a prepaid shipping label.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Alternatively, you can log into your CARPE OMNIA account and view your order history for real-time status updates.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all CARPE OMNIA products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue with the quality of your item, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the defect.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. You have a 60-minute window after placement to modify or cancel your order. After this timeframe, we are unable to make changes, but you may return the item once it arrives.
